Punctuality and Courtesy

Please arrive on time for your appointment, arriving late may interfere with your treatment and it may not be possible to treat you. Additionally, a full charge may be applied. The times stated for your appointment include preparation of the room and client treatment time. It is important that booked treatments are not delayed due to the punctuality of a previous client.

Cancellations & No Show Charges

Please note, 48-hours is required for all cancellations unless in case of an emergency. A deposit of £25 is taken at booking, if an appointment is rescheduled within this time scale the deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. However, in case of a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded and you would need to pay for your next treatment in full before booking. Please email sj@sj-aesthetics.com should you wish to cancel.

Purchase of Retail Products

Beauty products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or ordering. These are non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.

Price Alteration

SJ Aesthetics reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.

Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. You can read more about how we use and store your details by visiting the privacy page.

Children

Please understand that I cannot accommodate children under 18 years old within the clinic room.

Hygiene

Salon Hygiene is, of course, of the utmost importance and to achieve optimal cleanliness all our sterilisation equipment is approved by the local Environmental Health Officer. I only use new sterilised disposable needles for each client.

Payment

Most credit and debit cards are accepted or cash. All prices include value-added tax at a current rate.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as I cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Refunds

SJ Aesthetics operates a strict no-refund policy. However, we will go through all possibilities to come up with a satisfactory solution for you.
